    MBS Insurance is looking for people with client service experience. Our client service team work within a collaborative team environment alongside advisers, paraplanners, and our advice compliance and portfolio management teams. MBS client service officers are responsible for supporting the advice process for both prospective and existing clients, and delivering timely, efficient, and high-quality service to all clients and joint venture partners.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver high quality and efficient service to advisers, paraplanners and clients through the day-to-day management of client accounts.
    • Enter and maintain complete and accurate client and policy data and prepare client correspondence as required.
    • Liaise with Insurers, clients and other key stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome for the client.
    • Work effectively in a self-directed manner with a focus on attention to detail.
    • Efficiently manage and balance multiple and, sometimes competing, priorities.
    • Utilise our Salesforce client management system to record all client information and track workflow.
