MBS Insurance is looking for experienced paraplanners as well as those new to the industry. MBS paraplanners work within a collaborative team environment alongside advisers, client services, and our advice compliance and portfolio management teams. Our paraplanners are responsible for supporting the advice process for both prospective and existing clients, and delivering timely, efficient, and high-quality service to all clients and joint venture partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation of client risk strategies.
• In consultation with advisers, prepare quality and comprehensive advice documents (Statements of Advice and Records of Advice) or, if prepared by another, review the documents to ensure quality and compliance.
• Build rapport and converse with insurers to achieve better client outcomes.
• Develop client relationships and manage enquiries.
• Manage client claims with sensitivity and compassion, proactively providing assistance to the client throughout the process.
• Utilise our Salesforce client management system to record all client information and track workflow.
