MBS Insurance is a specialised Life Insurance only advice business located in Crows Nest. Founded in 2006, MBS Insurance is one of the largest insurance broking businesses in the country, providing quality insurance advice to clients in areas of personal and business insurance.
The clientele come largely through formalised relationships with accounting and financial planning businesses.
About the Role
You will be part of a team of 40 paraplanners, advisers and client services support staff across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA.
Key Responsibilities
- In consultation with Advisers, prepare quality and comprehensive advice documents (Statements of Advice and Records of Advice) or, if prepared by another, review the documents to ensure quality and compliance.
- Liaise with Insurers to ensure the shortest possible turnaround of business in underwriting.
- Liaise with clients and work with advisers and support staff to provide the best possible outcome for the client.
- Manage client claims with sensitivity and compassion, proactively providing assistance to the client throughout the process.
About You

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a paraplanning role with sound Life Insurance knowledge
